At YODOLLA, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring your satisfaction. Below is our comprehensive policy for cancellations, returns, and exchanges to guide you through any issues you may encounter.

Cancellation Policy

· Unpaid Orders: Automatically canceled.

· Before Shipment: Full refund.

· After Shipment: 80% refund.

· Label Created: Once the status changes to "Label Created," cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us for details.

· Delivery Interception: $18 per box fee applies for shipped orders requiring cancellation.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items under the following conditions:

· Non-Quality Returns:

80% refund with no shipping fee coverage.

20% restocking fee applies for unused but unwanted items.

· Returns Without Reason: Not accepted.

· Assembly Issues: Returns due to subjective assembly challenges are not allowed unless the product is verified defective.

Return Steps

1. Submit a return request via Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide the reason for the return and photos for verification.

2. After approval, you'll receive a return address and return label instructions. Please send your item(s) within 10 days and provide tracking info.

3. Upon receiving the return, our warehouse will inspect the product. Once confirmed, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 6-10 days, depending on the payment method. Return shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is due to a quality issue.

Conditions for Returns

· Items must be unused, unassembled, unaltered, and in original packaging.

· Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

· Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We are not responsible for:

· Items damaged due to misuse, improper maintenance, or exposure to corrosive materials.

· Lost or damaged shipments during returns.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are currently not available. For incorrect items, you can:

1. Keep the item at a discounted price.

2. Return it for a refund or replacement.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

· Damaged Items: Contact us with photos for a replacement or refund.

· Lost Packages: Report within a reasonable timeframe for assistance. YODOLLA is not liable for losses due to incorrect addresses.

· Incorrect Items: Provide product images and details to request a replacement or refund.

Address Change Policy

· Unshipped Orders: Please contact us immediately to update your shipping address before shipment.

· Shipped Orders: Address correction incurs a $21 per box fee.

· We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Price Adjustment Policy

If the price of an item decreases after your purchase, you can apply for a refund of the price difference within 5 days. Note: This policy does not apply to clearance or holiday sale items such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
