Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time

· Shipping Time: 2-7business days

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages.

Shipping Costs & Tax

· Sales tax is calculated and collected based on your shipping location.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the continental United States and Canada only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following:

· Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

· FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.

Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Delivery times range from 3-9 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier. If your order includes items with different availability, you may receive multiple shipments.

In cases of unforeseen delays, such as weather disruptions or other force majeure events, processing may take longer. However, we will ship your order as soon as conditions allow.

For items damaged during transit, please contact us at service@yodolla.com within 3 business days with photos and details of the damage. This will help us resolve the issue promptly.

We provide updates at every stage of your order:

1. Order Confirmation Email: Confirms order details.

2. Shipping Confirmation Email: Includes carrier information, tracking number, and expected delivery date.

You can also track your order anytime by logging into your YODOLLA account and visiting the "Track Your Order" page.

· Ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

· Verify your email address to receive important updates about your order.

· YODOLLA is not responsible for return shipping costs if you place an incorrect order or if the product doesn’t meet your expectations after shipment.

Delivery by Weight

· Packages under 150 lbs: Delivered via UPS/FedEx.

· Packages over 150 lbs: Delivered by freight truck.
